I can download Anime, but when I try to download manga, it wont accept my password!
Chances are you've signed up for only the Anime PLUS! service and not Manga PLUS! While both services are bargains for what they offer, only Manga PLUS! will let you download manga. It's simple and easy to sign up, just click here: (link to plus sign up page) and fill out the form and within minutes you'll be on your way to download manga!

I've downloaded manga, but I can't open it. Why?
Chances are your computer doesn't have winrar installed. You can install the program by going here or by clicking this Once installed you may need to restart your computer. Afterwards just double click on the file to open it. Or you can extract the files from the archive by right clicking and choosing Extract to folder.

Are there any programs to help me read manga?
Yes there are. There is the program CDisplay that can be found here or the program Irvan Ivran View. The advantages of using a program is you can read manga as it is, without the need to unzip or unrar.

I click a link but I'm taken to an error page.
First off, are you a Manga PLUS! member? If so then chances are the link might be broken. It's simple to remedy though, just send a support ticket to the staff with the words 'Broken Link: Name of Manga' in the subject and we'll take care of it right away. Simple, huh?
